China Tianrui Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6162) announced that effective 24 October 2025, an executive director appointment and company secretary transition will take place. According to the announcement, Mr. Zou Weidong, who has experience in enterprise operation, capital operation, and investment in new energy vehicle enterprises, will assume the role of executive director under a two-year term with a monthly remuneration of HK$70,000. The company also noted that Mr. Zou will be subject to retirement and re-election in accordance with its articles of association.

On the same date, Mr. Ip Pui Sum resigned as company secretary and ceased to be an authorised representative, with no reported disagreement or issues requiring shareholder attention. Subsequently, Mr. Tam Hon Fai, a professional with over 18 years of accounting and finance experience, will take over as the new company secretary and authorised representative. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Ip’s contributions and extended a welcome to Mr. Zou and Mr. Tam in their new roles.
