Hung Hing Printing Group (00450) has announced a significant change to its board composition, with a new independent non-executive director set to join following a retirement. The company revealed that Mr. Luk Kwoon Ho has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director, citing his retirement plans as the primary reason for his departure.

Effective from September 1, 2026, Hung Hing Printing Group has confirmed that Mr. Tsang Hok Hok will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, stepping into the role as part of the company's ongoing board refreshment strategy. This appointment marks a key transition for the group as it continues to strengthen its corporate governance framework.

Following the retirement of Mr. Luk and the subsequent appointment of Mr. Tsang, the board has further announced additional committee changes, also effective from September 1, 2026. Mr. Chan Chuen Yan, currently an independent non-executive director, will be appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, bringing his extensive experience to oversee the group's financial oversight functions.

In conjunction with this, Mr. Tsang will take on membership roles across three key board committees, including the audit committee, the remuneration committee, and the nomination committee. These appointments are designed to ensure continuity and robust governance across Hung Hing Printing Group's board operations, as the company navigates this leadership transition period.
