Frencken Group shareholders adopt FY2025 accounts and approve 2.75-cent dividend at Apr, 24 2026 AGM

Frencken Group Limited told investors that all seven resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by poll. Shareholders received and adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 and endorsed a first and final tax-exempt dividend of 2.75 cents per share.

They also backed total directors’ fees of 0.37 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 and re-elected Dato' Seri Gooi Soon Chai and Mohamad Anwar Au to the board. Independent director Melvin Chan Wai Leong retired at the close of the meeting.

Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as external auditor, and the board obtained a general mandate to issue new shares amounting to up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a sub-limit of 20% for non pro-rata issues.

All resolutions garnered more than 70% of votes in favour, except the share-issue authority, which passed with 74.9% support. The meeting closed at 3:55 p.m. Singapore time.
