Kingsoft discloses 1.35 million-share buyback; total repurchases reach 23.51 million under current mandate

Kingsoft Corporation Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 13 April 2026, confirming the latest progress of its share repurchase programme approved on 29 May 2025.

The company repurchased 1.35 million ordinary shares on 13 April 2026 at prices between HKD 22.20 and HKD 22.42, spending HKD 29.99 million. All shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and are earmarked for cancellation.

Issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.38 billion shares because repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. As of the filing date, 4.88 million shares bought between 30 March and 13 April 2026—equivalent to 0.35 % of outstanding shares—are awaiting cancellation. These purchases were executed at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 22.28 to HKD 23.03.

Since receiving the repurchase mandate, Kingsoft has bought back 23.51 million shares, representing 1.68 % of the share count on the mandate’s approval date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 140.04 million shares, leaving 116.53 million shares, or 83.2 % of the limit, still available.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 13 May 2026 following the latest buyback. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with applicable laws and Exchange requirements.
