BAUHAUS INT'L (00483) announced that on September 5, 2025, the purchaser (Bauhaus Property Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a provisional sale and purchase agreement with the vendors (Qiu Hanqiang and Zheng Lifang) for the acquisition of a property at a purchase price of HK$8.32 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before November 7, 2025.

The property is located at Unit A, 8/F, Tower 12, Laguna City, 17 Lai Kong Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The property is intended to be used as employee dormitory for the group. The property is conveniently located near MTR Lam Tin Station.

The group believes that providing employee dormitory will enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the group's employee compensation and benefits package.
