INGDAN (HKEX: 00400) has announced that it has formally executed service contracts related to its previously disclosed strategic upgrade into the vertical AI Token factory sector, alongside intentional service orders valued at over US$1 billion.

According to the relevant service agreements, the Group is expected to generate aggregate service fee income exceeding US$1 billion over the next five years, with delivery and service provision slated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Group is accelerating the build-out of its global computing network and plans to extend its computing centre footprint to multiple Asian countries in the near term, targeting a total planned computing capacity of more than 100 megawatts.

Through its Token computing scheduling platform, the Group will offer clients services such as computing power dispatch, cluster operations and maintenance, and Token-based computing resources. Customers of the Group's Token factory services include leading internet cloud service providers and clients in the robotics vertical market.

The Board believes that the formalisation of these service orders further validates the commercial viability of the Group's Token factory business model, as well as its strategic transition from an AI chip hardware supplier to a vertical Token factory operator, which is expected to help drive Token operations services as a new growth engine for the Group.
