Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited (the Company), together with Shenzhen Xinliao Oil Technical Service Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Shunyao Energy Investment Co., Ltd., has provided an update on the litigation brought by Dalian PetroChina Xiuhe Energy Co., Ltd. According to earlier announcements dated 19 April 2022, 20 March 2025, and 31 December 2025, a judgment was issued, and dissatisfied parties were permitted to appeal within 15 days of receiving the judgment.

On 30 January 2026, the Company received a notice from the Court indicating that Dalian PetroChina Xiuhe Energy Co., Ltd. had filed an appeal on 10 January 2026 before the Higher People’s Court of Liaoning Province. The appeal argues there were errors in the determination of facts and in the application of relevant laws.

According to the Company’s assessment, this development does not have a material impact on its daily operations. The Company will continue to keep stakeholders informed of any progress and take necessary measures to mitigate any possible disruptions to overall operations.
