Jilin Province Huinan Changlong Bio-pharmacy Company Limited (JILIN CHANGLONG) has amended the agenda for its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) after the previously nominated supervisor candidate, Mr. Zhang Biao, withdrew his candidacy. As a result, Ordinary Resolution No. 10—originally covering Zhang’s election—has been removed from the voting schedule.
The Supervisory Committee has instead proposed Ms. Yang Yang, aged 44, for election as supervisor of the ninth supervisory committee session. Yang holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Tonghua Medical College of Jilin University and has worked at JILIN CHANGLONG since 2017, currently serving as Deputy Minister of the Technology Department. Her background focuses on pharmaceutical R&D and production process optimisation, with familiarity in GMP standards and industry regulations.
Subject to shareholder approval, Yang will enter into a three-year service contract; compensation will be set by the Board under AGM-delegated authority. Yang has no listed-company directorships in the past three years, no disclosed related-party ties within the Group, and no shareholding interests as defined by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance.
A revised AGM notice and proxy form reflecting the new Ordinary Resolution No. 10 will be sent to shareholders. The AGM’s date, time, and venue remain unchanged. Shareholders who have already lodged the original proxy form may continue to rely on it; however, submitting the revised form at least 24 hours before the AGM will supersede any prior proxy instructions.
