Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (Livzon Pharma) declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB14.30 per 10 shares, equivalent to RMB1.43 per share, for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the cash dividend announcement released on 24 March 2026.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval, with the record date, ex-dividend date, payment date, exchange rate for Hong Kong dollar conversion and related withholding-tax arrangements yet to be announced.

Tricor Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Livzon Pharma’s board currently comprises one executive director (Mr. Tang Yanggang), three non-executive directors, one employee representative director and four independent non-executive directors.
