On the afternoon of December 16, screenshots circulated online showed Yu Hong, former senior vice president of 360 and core founder of the "3 O'Clock Community," making accusations against Zhou Hongyi in private chats and social media posts.

Yu claimed in group chats, "I helped Zhou Hongyi falsify accounts worth billions—I have the data. I will expose it publicly—his gaming business is entirely fraudulent." Yu emphasized that her account had not been hacked.

Later that evening, 360 Group issued an official statement:

1. After verification, Yu Hong was once responsible for Gamewave, a company acquired by Qihoo 360 (360’s former U.S.-listed entity) over a decade ago. She joined a subsidiary of 360 Group in 2014 but left in 2015 for personal reasons. During her tenure, she never held any core executive position at 360 Group.

2. Yu Hong’s allegations of "financial fraud" are entirely baseless. 360 Group has always adhered to compliance, strictly abiding by national laws, regulations, and securities market rules. Its financials undergo regular audits by authoritative institutions and remain transparent, healthy, and compliant.

3. Regarding Yu Hong’s malicious defamation against 360 Group, its founder Zhou Hongyi, and other entrepreneurs, the company will take legal action to protect its reputation and lawful rights.
