Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (“WUXI LEAD,” stock code 0470) has confirmed the results of its global offering. The final Offer Price per H Share is HK$45.80, resulting in total gross proceeds of approximately HK$4,930.8 million. After deducting estimated expenses of around HK$134.4 million, the net proceeds are approximately HK$4,796.4 million.

A total of 107,658,400 H Shares have been offered (including the full exercise of the Offer Size Adjustment Option), with 9,361,600 H Shares allocated to the Hong Kong Public Offering and 98,296,800 H Shares allocated to the International Offering. The Hong Kong Public Offering reported an oversubscription level of 79.54 times.

Following completion of the global offering, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 1,673,821,434 Shares if the Over-allotment Option is not exercised. Dealings in the H Shares are expected to commence on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on February 11, 2026 (Hong Kong time), in board lots of 100 H Shares each.
