BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed a fresh on-market share repurchase on 23 June 2026.
The company bought back 0.82 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 0.425 and HKD 0.44, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.433037 per share. The aggregate consideration was HKD 0.36 million.
After the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 2.86 billion to 2.86 billion, representing a 0.0286% reduction, while treasury shares increased to 8.85 million. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained at 2.87 billion.
The repurchase is executed under the mandate granted on 27 June 2025, which authorises BAIOO to buy back up to 286.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 8.85 million shares, equivalent to 0.3087% of the issued share capital on the mandate date.
A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales runs through 23 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.
