The Board, following Audit Committee recommendations, intends to re-appoint Deloitte to serve until the conclusion of the 2027 AGM. The auditor’s remuneration is expected to range between HK$4.10 million and HK$4.40 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The fee was determined after arm’s-length negotiations and reflects factors such as historical audit costs, prevailing market rates, the Group’s business complexity, audit scope and timetable, and anticipated resource requirements.

The company noted that the estimate assumes no material changes in operations, accounting policies, or the regulatory environment. Should material deviations arise, further disclosure will be made.
