MANY IDEA CLOUD (06696) has announced that, as of the date of this announcement, the audit of the Group's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, has not yet been completed. The delay is primarily due to certain audit procedures requiring additional time to finalize, alongside the need for specific financial data to undergo an internal review process by the Company's audit committee. The Group is actively addressing the situation and expediting the completion of the remaining audit procedures, which includes obtaining necessary documents and evaluation reports, in an effort to resolve these matters as soon as possible. Due to the reasons stated above, the Company anticipates it will be unable to publish its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025, by March 31, 2026. The postponement in releasing the annual results will constitute non-compliance with Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules.
