Langu Company Limited (formerly known as Roma (meta) Group Limited) has completed the process of changing its official company name. In an announcement dated 3 March 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands approved the registration of the new English name on 26 January 2026. Subsequently, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name on 16 February 2026.

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 9 March 2026, the stock short name for trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be altered from “ROMA META GROUP” to “LANGU CO” in English and from “羅馬元宇宙集團” to “蘭谷股份” in Chinese. The company’s stock code remains unchanged as “8072.”

All existing share certificates bearing the former name will continue to serve as valid evidence of title, and the change of name does not affect shareholders’ rights or the company’s daily business operations and financial positions. New share certificates will be issued under the new registered name going forward.
