Midea Group Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 00300) has announced a significant share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on July 9, 2026, it allocated approximately CNY 100 million to buy back its own A-shares.

This buyback program resulted in the acquisition of about 1.266 million shares.

The repurchase was executed at a price range between CNY 78.5 and CNY 79.58 per share.
