The company reported revenue of approximately RMB 12.322 billion, representing a decrease of 19.34% compared to the previous year. During the fiscal year under review, the total gross floor area of properties sold and delivered was 926,922 square meters, a reduction of approximately 20% from the same period last year. The company stated that the increase in loss was primarily due to a decrease in delivered properties and a decline in the gross profit margin carried forward from the real estate business.
