In a recent financial development, YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) has entered into a significant funding arrangement.

The company, acting as the borrower, has executed a financing agreement with a banking institution, which serves as the lender.

Under the terms of this agreement, the lender has committed to provide a revolving credit facility amounting to HK$550 million, or its equivalent in Renminbi.

The tenure of this loan facility is set for a period of 364 days, commencing from the date the financing agreement was signed on June 25, 2026.
