In Ningxia's Wuzhong City, the Liting District's Three Gorges Energy Ningxia Tongli Phase III Wind Farm presents a futuristic scene. Hundred-meter-tall wind turbines rotate steadily in the wind, robotic dogs navigate nimbly through the booster station, and drones conduct autonomous inspections, transmitting operational data in real-time to a data center dozens of kilometers away.

This green energy facility, with an annual output exceeding 130 million kWh, spans a vast area with over 5,000 inspection points. Previously, maintenance required technicians to climb the towering turbines for manual checks. Now, a new "human-machine collaboration" model has revolutionized operations.

"The Liting District government's 'one-to-one' and 'point-to-point' coordination service helped the project connect to the grid 50 days ahead of schedule," said Li Xuqiang, deputy general manager of Three Gorges New Energy Liting Wulipo Power Generation Co., Ltd. "Smart devices have replaced manual inspections, algorithms now make judgments, eliminating the need for tower climbing. Maintenance personnel have shifted from on-site work to remote decision-making."

Where manual turbine inspections once took 1-2 hours, drones now complete the task in just 40 minutes while achieving over 98% accuracy in identifying issues like blade cracks. Safety and efficiency have improved significantly, with overall personnel effectiveness increasing by more than 27%.

Most remarkably, the facility demonstrates "off-grid autonomy." Nearly 300 smart devices can continue inspection and analysis tasks using preset algorithms even during network outages through edge node autonomous architecture. Data transmission resumes automatically when connectivity is restored.

Maintenance teams stationed 30 kilometers away at the service center can monitor operations in real-time, truly replacing "on-site rushing" with "remote decision-making."
