BRONCUS-B (02216) has announced the termination of its agreement to acquire an additional 3.85% equity interest in Valgen Holding Corporation.

Following further discussions between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Broncus China Holding Corporation (the purchaser), and Max Grand Limited (the seller), a termination agreement was executed on September 20, 2026, to cancel the share transfer agreement with immediate effect from the signing date.

The board believes that canceling the share transfer agreement is not expected to have any significant adverse impact on the group's business operations or financial condition.
