(Stock Code: 1643). The announcement details that the company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability, received a waiver on 11 February 2026 from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules in relation to the major transaction for acquiring sale shares.

The original plan was to dispatch the circular by 9 February 2026, providing further information about the share purchase agreement and the intended transaction.
