According to the Oil Price Management Measures, domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on changes in international crude oil market prices, with adjustments taking effect at 24:00 on the announcement day. When the adjustment range is less than 50 yuan per ton, no adjustment is made, and the amount is carried forward to the next adjustment period for accumulation or offset. Under special circumstances specified in the measures, price adjustments may be suspended, delayed, or reduced in magnitude.

September 30 marks the sixth working day of the current pricing cycle, and the pricing window will open at 24:00 on October 13.
