C FIN SERVICES (00605) has announced several board changes effective from August 7, 2026.

Ms. Yan Ai Zhang has been appointed as an executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Business Risk Committee. She will also serve as an authorized representative.

Mr. Zhang Kun has resigned as chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Chen Jinqiang has been transferred from a member of the Remuneration Committee to its chairman, succeeding Mr. Zhang Kun in this role. Additionally, Mr. Zhang Min has stepped down as an authorized representative.
