According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on November 11, a shareholder of JOY CITY PPT (00207) transferred shares from HSBC to AAA Securities Co.Limited, with a transaction value of HK$268 million, accounting for 3.14% of the company's shares.

In a separate announcement, JOY CITY PPT disclosed that on October 10, 2025, the company (as the borrower) entered into a credit agreement with a consortium of financial institutions (as lenders) for a term loan facility totaling US$150 million or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars. The facility, denominated in USD or HKD, has an initial maturity of 12 months from the agreement date, extendable to 36 months under the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The lenders will provide the credit in multiple tranches to refinance all or part of the company's existing debt, in accordance with the agreement's terms.
