Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 688630) has announced the details of its global offering of H shares.

The total number of H shares offered globally, prior to the exercise of any over-allotment option, is 12,838,650. The Hong Kong public offering portion comprises 1,283,900 shares, representing approximately 10% of the global offering. The international offering portion consists of 11,554,750 shares, accounting for about 90% of the total.

Based on the final offer price of HK$252.73 per H share, the estimated net proceeds from the global offering, before any over-allotment option is exercised and after deducting underwriting commissions and estimated expenses, are approximately HK$3.153 billion.

With approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the 12,838,650 H shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Main Board of the exchange on June 26, 2026.

The H shares will trade under the Chinese short name "芯碁微装", the English short name "CFMEE", and the stock code "09630".
