CE Huada Tech Announces Retirement of Independent Non-Executive Director Chan Kay Cheung at 2026 AGM

China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited (CE Huada Tech) has disclosed that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Chan Kay Cheung will retire at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026. Mr. Chan has chosen not to seek re-election in order to devote more time to personal commitments.

The departing director confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board, and no matters regarding his retirement require attention from shareholders. The Board expressed its sincere gratitude for Mr. Chan’s contributions.

As of the 3 June 2026 announcement date, the Board comprises: • Non-executive Directors: Mr. Sun Jie (Chairman) and Mr. Qin Wei • Executive Directors: Mr. Chang Feng (Deputy Chairman and Managing Director) and Mr. Wang Jian • Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. Chan Kay Cheung, Mr. Qiu Hongsheng, Mr. Chow Chan Lum and Ms. Huang Yaping

Company Secretary Mr. Ng Kui Kwan issued the notice on behalf of the Board.
