On the same day, Champion Tech Group issued an announcement stating that, according to the terms and conditions set out in the placement agreement, all conditions were satisfied on January 28, 2026, and the placement was completed on February 3, 2026. Pursuant to the placement agreement, the placing agent successfully allocated a total of approximately 113 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees, at a placing price of HK$0.177 per share.
