Shanghai Trust acted as the trustee designated by Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. to subscribe for and hold the convertible bonds on behalf of Yunnan Baiyao Group. The conversion shares accounted for approximately 25.50% of the total issued shares immediately prior to the issuance and approximately 20.32% of the total issued share capital as enlarged after the issuance. The conversion shares are held by Shanghai Trust on behalf of and as trustee for Yunnan Baiyao Group.
