Orient Golden Credit recently assigned a rating to the "CaiDa Securities-XinJian Industrial Group Commercial Property Asset-Backed Special Plan (Old Revolutionary Base Area)", which was successfully issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange bond market. The total issuance scale of this bond was 137 million yuan, marking Jiangxi Province's first CMBS with an "Old Revolutionary Base Area" theme.

The priority tranche had an issuance size of 136 million yuan and a term of 18 (5+3+3+3+3+1) years. Suichuan County, part of Ji'an City in Jiangxi Province, is known as the "First County South of Jinggangshan" and is a core component of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base.

Suichuan County XinJian Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is a key state-owned asset operator in Suichuan County, primarily engaged in concrete sales, real estate development, and the sale and leasing of sand and gravel within the area. Jiangxi Provincial Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level state-owned guarantee company in Jiangxi, with a guarantee business scale ranking among the top in the province. It provided an irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee for XinJian Industrial's obligations related to the priority asset-backed securities, including differential payment, put-back, and redemption duties, offering strong credit enhancement.
