Hong Kong–listed quick-service restaurant group Café de Coral Holdings Limited reported a further on-market share repurchase on 10 July 2026, acquiring 172,000 ordinary shares for an aggregate HK$0.95 million. The stock was bought back on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging between HK$5.46 and HK$5.54, implying a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$5.53 per share.

This latest transaction raises total shares repurchased under the current mandate (approved on 19 August 2025) to 3.75 million, equivalent to 0.65% of the 580.00 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 58.00 million shares, leaving roughly 54.25 million shares (93.55% of the limit) still available.

All 3.75 million shares bought since 26 June 2026 remain pending cancellation; consequently, Café de Coral’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 580.00 million shares as of 10 July 2026. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or reselling any treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
