IMPACT Therapeutics, Inc. has scheduled its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 for 10:00 a.m. on 27 July 2026 at the company’s Board Room, 27F, New Bund Times Square, 399 West Haiyang Road, Pudong District, Shanghai.

Key resolutions to be tabled as special resolutions are: 1. Approval of a proposed Share Award Scheme and the delegation of implementation authority to the Board of Directors. 2. Approval of proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.

Voting will be conducted by poll pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, with results released on the company’s website (www.impacttherapeutics.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) after the meeting.

Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, no later than 10:00 a.m. on 26 July 2026. The register of members will be closed from 22 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 (both days inclusive). To qualify for attendance and voting, all share transfers must be lodged with Computershare at the above address by 4:30 p.m. on 21 July 2026.

IMPACT Therapeutics’ board currently consists of nine directors: three executive directors (Dr. Sui Xiong Cai, Dr. Ye Edward Tian, and Ms. Ning Ma), three non-executive directors (Dr. Cong Xu, Dr. Qiang Xu, and Mr. Tao Liu), and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Edward Ming Guo, Mr. Chi Hung Siu, and Dr. Liming Shao).
