On July 2, 2026, subject to acceptance by the grantees, the company granted a total of 3.1325 million share awards to group employees under the 2024 Share Scheme.

Each share award entitles its holder the right to subscribe for one Class B share. The awards represent approximately 0.83% of the total number of issued Class B shares as of the grant date, excluding any treasury shares.
