China Uptown Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 2330) announced the completion of its placing of new shares under a general mandate. A total of 75,474,291 new shares were successfully placed at HK$0.180 per share, representing approximately 16.67% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital immediately after completion on 28 October 2025.

The placing involved three individual investors, each of whom is independent of the company and its connected persons. None of these placees has become a substantial shareholder upon completion. The total issued share capital increased from 377,371,457 shares to 452,845,748 shares.

The net proceeds, amounting to approximately HK$13.52 million after deducting relevant expenses, will be used primarily for staff costs, professional fees, rental payments, and general administrative and operating expenses. The board noted that the completed placing is expected to broaden the company’s shareholder base and strengthen its capital structure.
