Techtronic Industries (TTI) Executes HKD 11.12 Million Buyback; 1.05 Million Shares Pending Cancellation

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return and Repurchase Report with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, detailing continued execution of its share repurchase programme.

The group bought back 88,000 ordinary shares on 25 September 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 125.10 and HKD 127.20 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 126.35. Total consideration for the day was HKD 11.12 million.

Including this latest purchase, TTI has repurchased 1.05 million shares between 10 and 25 September 2026 that remain outstanding for cancellation. These shares represent approximately 0.06 % of the company’s 1.83 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 25 September 2026. Despite these transactions, the official issued share capital stood unchanged at 1,827.10 million shares at both the opening (24 September) and closing (25 September) reference dates.

Cumulatively, TTI has bought back 4.45 million shares under the general mandate approved on 8 May 2026, utilising about 0.24 % of the 182.98 million shares authorised for repurchase. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation, and no treasury shares are currently held.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, TTI is subject to a 30-day moratorium—through 25 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares following the latest buyback. The company confirms that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Main Board Listing Rules and the terms of its previously published Explanatory Statement.
