Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as a member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, effective February 1, 2026.

The Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Zhirui as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, effective from February 1, 2026.

Mr. Zhang has also been appointed as a member and Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, with these appointments also taking effect on February 1, 2026.
