On November 14, China Southern Airlines officially inaugurated its Xiongan branch in the Xiongan New Area, simultaneously launching three core aviation products designed to support the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Han Wensheng, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of China Southern Airlines Group, stated during the ceremony that this initiative aims to provide passengers in Xiongan with a high-quality travel experience featuring "check-in at home, direct access to Daxing Airport, and seamless global connections," thereby helping the new area build a high-level "air bridge" for international openness.
As one of the first central enterprises to relocate to Xiongan, a representative from Sinochem attended the event and praised China Southern Airlines' ground transfer and account manager services for effectively addressing employees' transportation challenges, expressing hopes for deeper collaboration in more areas. Wu Bo, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Xiongan New Area Management Committee, emphasized that the establishment of the branch and the launch of tailored products are key steps in improving the region's transportation services, injecting new momentum into creating an international and convenient business environment.
The three newly introduced products include: 1. **Route Products**: Enhancing core city routes and adding new international destinations, complemented by services like "China Southern Express" and "One-Minute Boarding" to strengthen Beijing Daxing Airport's hub function. 2. **Intermodal Products**: Integrating air-rail and air-ground resources to establish urban terminals, offering "China Southern Easy Travel" and Daxing transfer services to alleviate ground travel difficulties. 3. **Ecosystem Products**: Leveraging resources such as China Southern Pearl Hotels and China Southern Air Catering to build a comprehensive service system covering the entire travel chain.
Han Wensheng further outlined future priorities: expanding the route network, reinforcing Daxing Airport's hub role under a "Daxing-led, multi-regional synergy with Xiongan" framework, and collaborating with governments and enterprises to optimize multimodal transport and customer service ecosystems.
China Southern Airlines plans to use the Xiongan branch as a strategic hub to deepen its presence in aviation logistics, cross-border travel, and smart aviation, accelerating the formation of a seamless "Xiongan Check-In—Daxing Departure—Global Access" travel system to support the high-quality development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Xiongan New Area.
