HMVOD (08103) announced that on October 13, 2025, the company entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd (Happy Sunshine) regarding potential cooperation for the authorization and joint development of a program tentatively titled "Amazing Boy". Happy Sunshine holds the copyright and/or authorization rights for the program.

The program is a China-Thailand collaboration featuring a male duo reality show format, with an expected run of 10 episodes. Under the terms of the letter of intent, Happy Sunshine intends to grant the company information network transmission rights for the program, allowing HMVOD to distribute the show in the authorized territories of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan. The authorization fee is set at RMB 2 million, subject to further negotiation and finalization.

The contracting parties have agreed to negotiate the specific terms of authorization within 14 days following the signing of the letter of intent, or at a later date as mutually agreed upon by the parties, and to execute a final authorization agreement.
