XUNCE (ASX: 03317) has announced that Mr. Jiang Chunfei has tendered his resignation as an executive director, citing personal career planning.

Mr. Jiang's resignation will take effect at the conclusion of the company's upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. Until that time, he will continue to fulfill his duties as an executive director.

A regular resolution will be presented at the annual general meeting to seek approval for the appointment of Ms. He Jinglu as a non-executive director to the company's inaugural board.

Furthermore, the board of directors has proposed the adoption of a share award scheme, which will also be submitted for shareholder approval.
