In July 2026, the group's contracted sales amount reached RMB 150 million, representing a decline of 55.49% compared to the same period last year. The sold floor area for the month was 14,876 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 10,083 per square meter.

For the period from January to July 2026, the group achieved a total cumulative contracted sales amount of RMB 1.094 billion, down 65.9% year-on-year. The cumulative sold floor area over these seven months stood at 114,874 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 9,523 per square meter.
