BAIYING HOLDING (08525) announced that on September 8, 2025 (after market close), its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Baiying Financial Leasing Company Limited entered into a sale-leaseback transaction with Li Sheng Development under a financial leasing agreement.

Under the financial leasing agreement, the buyer has agreed to purchase leased-back assets from Li Sheng Development for a consideration of RMB 30 million and lease the assets back to Li Sheng Development for a term of 36 months, collecting rental payments as return.

The leased-back assets comprise 2 water supply units, 1 purification and sewage treatment equipment, 2 sets of distribution panels (high and low voltage), and 1 central control system.

Additionally, trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
