Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Wang Xinye as Executive Director and Co-Chief Financial Officer, effective 30 March 2026.

Ms. Wang, aged 36, holds a master’s degree in finance from Syracuse University (2012) and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Nanjing Normal University (2011). She is a PRC Certified Public Accountant and certified tax adviser. Her previous roles include Group CFO and Director of Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of the Capital Operations Department at Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology Co., Ltd., and Capital Director at GCL Group Limited.

Under a three-year service agreement, Ms. Wang will receive annual remuneration of RMB 720,000. The contract is subject to rotation and re-election at the company’s annual general meeting, in line with Tianju Dihe’s articles of association.

The board confirmed that Ms. Wang currently holds no shares in Tianju Dihe, has no related-party ties with existing directors or substantial shareholders, and has no additional directorships in listed companies during the past three years.

Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Zuo Lei issued the announcement on 30 March 2026, extending congratulations to Ms. Wang on her new role.
