HUANXI MEDIA (01003) announced that on November 12, 2025, the company entered into amended agreements with subscribers regarding its share subscription and warrant issuance.

Under the revised share subscription agreement, the number of shares to be issued increased from 548 million to 728 million. These shares represent approximately 19.90% of the company’s existing issued share capital as of the announcement date and about 16.60% of the enlarged share capital post-issuance (assuming no other changes except the issuance of subscription shares).

Separately, the company also amended its warrant subscription agreement, reducing the number of warrants to be issued from 1.889 billion to 731 million. Upon full exercise, these warrants could result in the issuance of up to 731 million new shares, equivalent to approximately 20.00% of the current issued share capital and 16.67% of the enlarged share capital (assuming no other changes except the issuance of warrant shares).

Additionally, the company has applied to the stock exchange for the resumption of trading of its shares starting at 9:00 AM on November 13, 2025.
