BlackRock, Inc. disclosed its dealings in the shares of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd in relation to a proposed privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement. According to the public disclosure, the transactions were conducted on 12 November 2025 and involved several derivative contracts.
BlackRock, Inc. entered into derivative contracts referencing a total of 21,800 shares at approximate reference prices of US$71.32 and US$71.60. The total amount paid exceeded US$1.55 million, and the transactions brought BlackRock, Inc.’s resultant position to 3,952,600 shares at that point.
Subsequently, BlackRock, Inc. closed out derivative contracts referencing 17,100 shares at reference prices of around US$71.45 to US$71.47, with total proceeds of over US$1.02 million. Following these closings, the resultant balance stood at 3,935,500 shares.
The announcement clarifies that BlackRock, Inc. is a Class (6) associate of the offeree company by virtue of its shareholdings. All dealings were attributed to discretionary investment client accounts.
