On 30 April 2026, Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited (“Shanghai Growth”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to both the company’s website (http://shanghaigrowth.etnet.com.hk) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies of the Annual Report enclosed. Others can access the full document online and are “strongly” encouraged by the company to do so.

For investors who experience difficulty viewing the web-based report or who prefer hard copies of current or future corporate communications, Shanghai Growth has provided a reply form. By completing and returning this form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, shareholders can request: • English-only, Chinese-only, or bilingual printed versions of all corporate documents; or • Email notifications containing links to future online publications, as well as electronic versions of all actionable communications.

The company emphasises that maintaining an active email address with the share registrar is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until a valid address is supplied, notices of publication and any actionable communications will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.
