I-CABLE COMM (01097) announced that Mr. To Chi-Kwok has resigned from his positions as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective January 29, 2026, due to personal affairs.

The Board of Directors further announced that, following Mr. To's resignation, Executive Director Ms. Wong Nga Fan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective from January 29, 2026.

Subsequent to Mr. To's departure, Executive Director Dr. Luk Wai Kee has been appointed as the authorized representative, with the appointment also taking effect on January 29, 2026.
