D&G Technology Holdings (01301) has announced the proposed grant of a total of 41,297,456 share options under the company's share option scheme.

The options were presented to eligible participants on July 22, 2026, with the grant being conditional upon acceptance by the grantees.

The exercise price for the shares under these options has been set at HK$0.36 per share.
