Xinhua Lande Scitech Co., Limited has announced a senior management reshuffle and a change of its Hong Kong principal place of business, both effective 26 June 2026.

Mr. Fork Siu Lun Tommy will step down from three key posts—company secretary, authorised representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24 and process agent under Rule 25.07(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance—citing other business commitments. The board confirmed that Mr. Fork has no disagreements with the directors and no matters require shareholder attention.

Ms. Pang Tsz Ni, a Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants member with close to ten years’ experience in accounting, auditing and financial management for international audit firms, listed companies and multinational corporations, will assume all three roles vacated by Mr. Fork on the same effective date.

Concurrently, the company will move its Hong Kong principal office to Room 293, 2/F, Morlite Building, 40 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Fork for his service and welcomed Ms. Pang to her new positions.
