The board remains chaired by Executive Director Tay Yong Hua, with Kenneth Teo Swee Cheng serving as fellow Executive Director, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Carolyn Seet Su Lin, Choong Pei Nung and Kwong Choong Kuen—overseeing governance.
