Zhengwei Group Holdings Company Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 30 September 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026 and discuss a potential final dividend recommendation.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Yang Shengyao, who serves as both Chairman and Executive Director. The Board currently comprises two executive directors—Mr. Yang Shengyao and Mr. Wan Ming—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Ye Sangzhi, Mr. Yu Chi Kit and Ms. Zhu Junbin.

Publication of the approved annual results will follow the meeting, providing shareholders with the Group’s financial performance and any dividend declaration for the year.
