(referred to as "Changxing Consulting") and Zhang Zhiqiang to acquire an 81.8091% stake in Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changxing Semiconductor") for cash. Upon completion of this transaction, the company expects to gain controlling interest in Changxing Semiconductor.

Founded in 2012, Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in memory chip packaging testing and memory module manufacturing. Changxing Semiconductor has developed an integrated operational model for research and development, packaging, and testing. The company possesses wafer testing and repairing technology, as well as 8-layer stacked Die packaging processes and various packaging technologies including BGA, SiP, and CSP. Additionally, it can produce consumer-grade NAND flash modules and DRAM memory modules.
